For over 80 years Woodcroft has been manufacturing a diverse range of wood based products.

It offers to all its industrial and retail customers these core competencies:

1. The skill to manufacture most wooden products including but not limited to:

• Dining furniture and chairs (either in component or final product form)
• Curtain rods
• Book cases, beds, occasional tables and TV units
• Knobs, pin and plug buttons, legs, frames and handles (stove, paint, and so on)
• Promotional and novelty items such as muddlers, jewelry boxes, and similar turned products

Waitete Sawmills Ltd

Since 1972, Waitete has specialised in the milling and processing of high quality timbers from its modern sawmill in Te Kuiti (central North Island).

At Waitete the focus is on producing high quality appearance grades of Radiata timber for local and export markets. This timber carries the “Forest Stewardship Council” certification, which is an essential requirement in many export markets.

There are no short cuts when it comes to producing a quality product for customers. From the initial sawcut through to grading, kiln drying and final processing, utilizing a Weinig Hydromat 2000 Planer, Waitete follows a rigorous quality inspection program to achieve this outcome.

Timber treatment facilities are on site to further process timber for external use.
